It is rightly said that the food we intake reflects upon our body, a well-nourished meal with all the necessary nutrients can leave you with a glow on your face and body in the perfect shape.


While working out as well, several fitness trainers have claimed that diet plays the most important role in the body transformation. You mat ask your wedding planner to suggest a good dietitian.

It surely gets difficult to stay away from the high sugar soft drinks and also alcohol during the wedding season. But we all know the truth these drinks specially the ones containing alcohol leave you with a huge bloat. We Indians are surely addicted to having rotis or paranthas with our meals, some of us feel a meal is incomplete without roties. Well rotis are made of flour, and for few days before the wedding we’ll have to substitute it with brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, millet, spelt, rye, and buckwheat.
